Since A Man Can Go To Jail For Approaching A Woman For Sex, Then Why Are Women Exempt From Doing The Same?

Here is another cool question from yahoo answers. Check it out and see if it resonates with you.

For example: A woman goes into a strip club and has sex with some of the male strippers. so what is the difference between women approaching men and men approaching women? why do men go to jail for it but not women?

My quick answer to this question:

Its called a double-standard. I am assuming you’re talking about “sexual harassment” of course. If a man approaches a woman who’s not interested and solicits her for sex (I am assuming without money offered), he can be charged with sexual harassment. If you sit by and don’t gather up the courage to ask a woman out, women make fun of you for “not being a real man”, they almost feel entitled to a man risking everything just because she’s interested… But if you do gather up the courage to go ask her out, and it turns out you’re not her type, she can get your ass fired… Lame, huh?

Now, that aside, I would SUGGEST you don’t even bother yourself with these anti-male super-contradictory rules. I’d suggest you focus on what you can DO… Now what’s “wrong” or “bad” with the system, since you can’t change it overnight.

What you can do… Is have it where you don’t even have to directly approach, ask out or solicit women… EVER!

Sounds magical? Its not really, if you’d been reading this site for any amount of time really… All it requires is you becoming the kind of guy who’s life is so flooded with beatiful women, that things happen on their own. Imagine this picture… You having two dozen beatiful female friends (just friends!! really, they’re like a sister to you, no sex, and you REALLY respect and appreciate them)… Now imagine walking into a club with these dozen beatiful women… Can you imagine NOT meeting a ton of other women that night without doing ANYTHING. Seriously… They’ll introduce you to all their friends, women will be coming up to you all night to see what’s up with this guy who’s so loved by women, etc… etc…

And when you have this lifestyle, women are SUPER direct. They flirt real hardcore and show they want sex, kiss, whatever pretty clearly.

But really dude there's no reason you should be confused about any of this. If you haven't taken the quiz to see how you stack up with women yet... Click here and see what your results are on the personal dating quiz.

Since when is having sex illegal? But in any case, a woman can go to jail for whatever it is you say as can a man. There is no discrimination, but women report this more often than men do because men don’t mind or get offended by being offered sex with a woman. Yes its a double standard, but don’t say that some people are exempt from a law.

That’s not it. If a man goes to a woman and says “hey you want to have sex with me” and the woman says “yes, let’s go” then no one goes to jail. There is nothing illegal about a man approaching a woman for sex. IF a man approaches a woman and attempts to PAY for sex then that’s illegal. BUT a woman can go to jail if she does the same thing to a man.

I’m not sure what law says that a man cannot approach a woman for sex, but I’m almost certain that all sexual harrassment/prostitution laws do NOT specify gender. Therefore, a man approaching a woman, or another man, or a woman approaching a man, or another woman, are all equal under the law.

The woman gets arrested too, but is given a fine and put back on the streets! LOL! Maybe it’s revenue for the County! If they put all the Prostitutues in jail, they would still ply their trade inside prison walls! What’s good for the goose, should be good for the gander! Right! No equality there!

It’s not a matter of gender, but of money. If you pay for sex, then it’s prostitution, which is illegal.
