Some dude from yahoo answers had a cool question. Now, its obvious he hasnt taken my secret quiz, but ignore that, and focus on his question, and how I answer it.
Question:
Since a man can go to jail for approaching a woman for sex, then why are women exempt from doing the same? For example: A woman goes into a strip club and has sex with some of the male strippers. so what is the difference between women approaching men and men approaching women? why do men go to jail for it but not women?
My answer:
Very good point indeed. There also isn’t any law against raping a man. It’s how our society was made long time ago.
Up until a few decades ago, women were perceived as non-sexual being, used just for making babies. In our society, it’s okay for a man to express his sexual needs and be as needy as possible about. You can even see it on movies when a man says “Hey, I have my needs, you know!”. You never hear a woman say that. Women are not supposed to like sex in our society. That’s why you rarely hear of cases when a woman initiates sex with a man in an aggressive way.
Also, feminism has made it that every man is a potential rapist of women. This is why when girls look for dorms, they usually post the sign that they are specifically looking for a female companion.
If a woman approached you for sex, and if you told the police, she could easily turn it around that you tried to rape her!
Maybe all of this will change in a few decades, since some things have already changed in the past decades.
But really dude there's no reason you should be confused about any of this. If you haven't taken the quiz to see how you stack up with women yet... Click here and see what your results are on the personal dating quiz.

It’s not a matter of gender, but of money. If you pay for sex, then it’s prostitution, which is illegal.
I’m not sure what law says that a man cannot approach a woman for sex, but I’m almost certain that all sexual harrassment/prostitution laws do NOT specify gender. Therefore, a man approaching a woman, or another man, or a woman approaching a man, or another woman, are all equal under the law.
That’s not it. If a man goes to a woman and says “hey you want to have sex with me” and the woman says “yes, let’s go” then no one goes to jail. There is nothing illegal about a man approaching a woman for sex. IF a man approaches a woman and attempts to PAY for sex then that’s illegal. BUT a woman can go to jail if she does the same thing to a man.
Since when is having sex illegal? But in any case, a woman can go to jail for whatever it is you say as can a man. There is no discrimination, but women report this more often than men do because men don’t mind or get offended by being offered sex with a woman. Yes its a double standard, but don’t say that some people are exempt from a law.
The woman gets arrested too, but is given a fine and put back on the streets! LOL! Maybe it’s revenue for the County! If they put all the Prostitutues in jail, they would still ply their trade inside prison walls! What’s good for the goose, should be good for the gander! Right! No equality there!
