This kind of stuff can definitely turn your life around. To warn you, there’s no such thing as easy confidence. It will involve a lot of failure, rejection, and hurt feelings. However after a while you become so used to it, and start to see patterns. When you know what works, you can start to use it constantly, and it’s like walking a maze. You just have to know which turns to take.

Make sure she sees you looking but not staring. If she seems flattered wave or something. Depending on her reaction either give up or walk up to her and say hey. If shes not alone, bring your friends to talk to her friends and kinda distract them. Make a joke, or ask her something, or use some awkward pickup line that will make her laugh. Shy isn’t always bad, better than cocky. Women respect shy guys who make an effort like that. I’m a girl and that’s generally what catches me.
