Well, we travel in packs for protection from a variety of things. However, first, catch her eye, then if she smiles and hold eye contact for a few seconds, mosey on over and strike up a conversation.
It would be good for you to have a few of your friends with you as well, this way it ends up being a group thing, not just trying to single out one girl from her friends.

Its perfectly fine, I think it shows more
confidence, and it makes her feel good
she’ll be like “wow, he noticed me out
of all my friends.”

If she is with her friends and not a bunch of guys that is usually I sign that she is looking for someone….Just be cool about it and casually work your way into the circle. But if they turn away or you get the akward back turn then definetly move on…no one likes a creeper
